Nazarana Pyaar Ka – 2 was a Bollywood Retro Event (25th April, 2013). Abhas Joshi, Somdatta and Jay Prasad, rocked the show, singing songs of legends like Mohd. Rafi , Kishore Kumar, Mukesh, Mannadey, Yesudas, Lata Mangeshkar, Geeta Dutt and Asha Bhosle, landing the audience to the Golden era.

 

  Bade Acche Lagte hain  
   
 
Heart and Soul Events gave an excellent hit show on 3rd November, 2012 at Sh. Rasheed Auditorium, Dubai. A full packed event leaving audience hungry wanting more……”Bade Acche Lagte Hain“ was a Tribute to Super Legends – Kishore Kumar, R.D.Burman and Rajesh Khanna. It was a great performance by the sons of Kishore Kumar – Amit Kumar and Sumit Kumar Ganguly. The female voice was given by Indion Idol fame, Charu Semwal.

 

  Adaab Arz Hai  
   
 
Heart and Soul Events came out with another great event “Aadab Arz Hai” on Friday, 17th February, 2012, soon after the success of Sadabahar Geet. The Event theme was unique combination of Ghazals and Sufi Music (filmy and non-filmy). Dubai based performers Somdatta Basu, Jayprasad Ganapathy and founder of Malhaar Jogiraj Sikidar, with their superb performance won the heart of the many audience who witnessed this great and unique show. This show was one of its kinds and the theme emphasized that Music was ….Beyond the Borders.

 

  Sadabahar Geet  
   
 
Sadabahar Geet was the Retro Musical Nite organized by Heart and Soul Events on Saturday, 4th February, 2012 at Emirates International School Auditorium, Dubai.

The ‘Voice of India’ fame Abhas Joshi again flew down from India for this show and, with his melodious voice carried the people to the Golden Era of Rafi Saab, paying tribute to Legends Dev Anand and Shammi Kapoor. He was accompanied by a fantastic star band from India. Dubai based singer Somdatta Basu performed with him in the show.

 

  Biggest Biryani  
   
  Sadia’ Biggest Biryani Bowl was the first of its kind. 2500 kgs of chicken Biryani was made at Global Village and around 15000 people came to witness the same.

 

  Rooh-e-Ishq  
   
 

Heart and Soul Event's first association with Malhaar , UAE's first Indian music choir was ‘Rooh-e-Ishq'. Malhaar brought together the lives and work of Jalalud'din Rumi, Amir Khusro, Bulleh Shad and Kabir, the four Sufi master legends of all times, through the art of music, theatre and poetry on the 25 th June, 2010. 'Rooh-e-Ishq', traced the Journey of Sufism through myriad lands and languages from the dancing dervishes of Persia to the qawwals of Punjab.

  Jashn-e-Awadh  
   
 

‘Jashn-e- Awadh' was Heart and Soul Event's second association with Malhaar after the grand success of Rooh-e-Ishq. It was a Musical Journey to the Land of Nawabs, beautifully depicted by Music, Dance and Theater on 25 th and 26 th February, 2011. A Kaleidoscope of rhythm, musical notes, vivid colours, lyrical poetry and unforgettable anecdotes. Malhaar's Jashn-e-Awadh was a salute to the cultural genius and a truly secular ruler…Wajid Ali Shah, the Nawab of Awadh (now Lucknow).

 
 
  O Ganga  
   
 

While ‘Jashn- e – Awadh' was still raw in the minds of the people, Malhaar came up with yet another great show ‘O Ganga' and this became Heart and Soul Event's next association with Malhaar. O Ganga showcases the journey along the entire course of Ganga, the Indian river, in an engaging story-telling format where the narrative was done by a Maaji (boatman). The lyrics of the compositions talk about various stages of life – from birth (in the Himalayas) till the end of life (in the Bay of Bengal).

……Thus Heart and Soul Events continues their journey hand in hand with Malhaar choir, promising more and more such events to come…..
